No customer service
The slam balls arrived a bit late but they did inform me that was going to happen, the balls came as described but after only 3 months of use they started leaking sand, I understand wear and tear but surely they should last longer than that. We can't afford to keep replacing them every 3 months. The worst thing is the customer service, I reported this twice and have not received a reply or even an acknowledgement that I contacted them. Pretty disappointing all round.
