MAHLE GS33683 Engine Oil Cooler Gasket Set

I used the MAHLE GS33683 gasket set when replacing the oil cooler on my 2012 Jeep Wrangler, and it worked flawlessly. The gaskets fit perfectly with no issues during installation. Everything in the set felt high-quality and well-made, just like OEM or better. I didn’t have to worry about leaks or poor sealing—everything seated tightly and cleanly. It's been several weeks now, and there are absolutely no signs of oil seepage or coolant issues. I really appreciate that MAHLE uses OE-grade materials; it gave me peace of mind during the whole process. The packaging was organized and clearly labeled, which made the job go faster. Bought these along with my oil cooler! Many people recommend oem but they were stupid pricey! These are better, I’ve had no leaks, install was easy when oil cooler was out! They are holding up great, looks well and the same as OEM! Better price and same quality as OEM!

One o-ring failed almost instantly. Mahle also has designed their return policy to be so difficult and time consuming that it's not worth the time unless you've spent thousands of dollars. I ordered these o-rings because I didn't trust the cheap ones that came on the cheap oil cooler. They arrived in a package that was already opened but it looked like all the o-rings were there when I went to the install them I realized that they gave me two of one size and none of the big o ring that I needed so I had to do a return and waited for my next bag to show up. It also showed up opened but this time with the correct o-rings at least. I installed them on a 2012 Chrysler 200 was going through final checks and I realized that the engine oil cooler was leaking so I took everything back apart and this is what I found. The big o-ring is completely failed and shredded and I've never seen one feel like this I've probably put on 100 of these units. I thought mail was a good company reputable I bought from him before but I'll stick with felpro from now on I'll never use mail again if you want to return something you have to go through all these steps before you can even contact them to let them know their part failed. And then once you do contact him and they get your part you have to wait for their team of technicians to examine the part and determine that it failed and then determine why it failed and if they're even going to help you out. I'll pass I'll just never use them again thank God it was for an inexpensive part like this and not one of their more expensive bearings or something. I learned my lesson kind of cheap that being said I'm going to have to eat the labor on this.

Does the job how it should!

I've had a chronic oil leak for some time on the 3.6 Pentastar oil cooler, tried different coolers, o ring sets etc, finally installed this o ring set and so far success! Been on there a few months and no leakage. Remember to use an inch/pound torque wrench when installing.
