I'm pretty skeptical about "nootropics", but I like SmarterVitamin's caffeine+MCT supplement, so I thought I'd give these a try. I can't say they've revolutionized my life, but I do feel like my thinking has been a little clearer lately. Definitely no ill side effects, so I'd recommend them. But I'm no M.D., so take that with a grain of salt. You'll have to try em and see for yourself.

In chronic pain from needing a hip replacement, and other conditions, but doctors' remedy was to keep me on pain meds until surgery could be approved and scheduled by my HMO. I think different supplements that help memory help different people. I had tried two different kinds of brain supplement, neither worked for me. The I saw these. After several months of taking just one.. I did as they recommended take 2. I like to try thing slowly. So 2 for several months. And noticed a change in my memory.
