The best hair colour i have ever tried. The result is always perfect. Pitty, that this product is available in stores only in USA. Delivery was sooner than promised and i like it.

Worked well on my long hair. The end result was not as light as that shown on the box, but I'm very satisfied with the coverage and color. At around 4000 yen, I found it a little expensive.

Good Product. Comes with pre-treatment, hair cream and developer, and conditioner. Easy to apply; instructions are easy to follow. Final color is exactly as shown/expected. Covers gray really well. Will definitely use as a much cheaper way to color my hair and get good results. My only negative feedback is not regarding the product itself but related to the way it was packaged and received. The Product box was placed within a much bigger box with no protection (no bubble wrap or paper) and when it arrived the products were strewn about and the product box was crushed and torn.
