CURT 13388 Class 3 Trailer Hitch, 2-Inch Receiver, Fits Select Dodge, Freightliner, Mercedes Sprinter (Fits Standard Bumper Only)

It fit perfect on 2019 sprinter 2500 I had to drill a hole for one of the bolts but it was an easy task and with the fishing metal string that it was included it made the installing so easy. However, one of the bolts broke when installing it what makes me doubt the resistance of the rest of the bolts. Hopefully the rest don't brake when pulling a trailer. I mounted one of the hitch that I have and it was time for a drink.

Ordered for my 2019 Mercedes Sprinter 2500. Super easy install. You must drill 2 1/2” holes.. Drilling the hole closest to the exhaust was most challenging part. I was able to just push the tail pipe out of the way and drill with cordless drill. The parts kit came with a “fish wire” for getting a bolt and reinforcement plate in position, I found this really easy and very thoughtful of Curt to include. (The directions say drilling the holes is only necessary on the 2500, the 3500 is already drilled)

2013 sprinter 2500 Quality hitch with all hardware and a nice little “fishing” tool for those inaccessible bolts Purchased without reading completely, my own fault. If you have a STEP up bumper this will not work. I thought it mounted on the outside of the chassis frame rails but it replaces the bumper step completely. Ended up purchasing a new plastic trim piece to replace the step bumper and a receiver mounted step that can be removed for when I need to tow.

Amazon says this won’t fit my 2022 Mercedes sprinter van 4x4 2500. This hitch fit so nice, it took me 10 minutes to install. Easiest install EVER!

Had to drill my frame to a larger hole to allow inside frame plate and bolt to be installed. Also had to drill side plate of hitch, my frame had 4 holes on each side and this came through with 3. The average person would have a very difficult time mounting this hitch

Both Amazon and the manufacturer site say this fits a Sprinter 3500. It doesn't! There is no access hole in the frame near where the half inch bolt should go in. I saw a video of a guy demonstrating that it doesn't fit a 2500 either. I'm getting the step bumper version as a replacement. It will look weird, but at least it should fit my vehicle.

The right one for my van. Easy install. No problems.

Take me a while to install but finally get it in i have to do some handyman work To make work..but is in and i already hooked my trailer..
