Best brand ever and it seems Everytime I go to the store, they're out of these. They melt great, bake great and just plain taste great out of the bag. Decent price too. Expiration date is way ahead in time as well.

I tried a new recipe for the holidays. Oreo cream cheese balls. They turned out delicious! The chocolate melted perfect. I did white chocolate and milk chocolate. I used both a double pot to melt the chocolate and then I use the microwave to melt the white chocolate. Either way it turned out delicious! They weren’t perfect, but it worked out! First time I had melted chocolate in years so it was a little messy! But delicious!!! My daughter-in-law told me she used the cheaper chocolate and it did not work out so she had to run to the store and get Ghirardelli‘s.

It melted well but doesn’t harden as well as other melts. Wasn’t crazy about the flavor.

Delicious and creamy. This white chocolate has such a rich flavor and heating some up in the microwave for about 45 seconds gives you the perfect texture to have for strawberry dipping. I love to pair this with the Ghirardelli milk chocolate melting wafers as well. Great purchase
