Terrible! had SONY vegas - they were sold to Magix -German Co.. - Now, it crashes, is almost impossible to use (17 hours to render a 1:36:00 video. LNO support at all! None! Avoid this thing like the plague!!

Zero stars? I says that you can watch videos (which I the primary reason I purchased it), but NOT store bought. I had hopes that NERO had changed, but no. NERO is garbage, they mislead you so that you will purchase their software, then you find out the truth.. Too late.

I have no doubt this Nero suite is great IF you can get it installed on your system. My computer met the requirements, but the error repeatedly came up that the installer was no longer responding. I never could get the program installed on my computer. I read other reviews and many others were experiencing the same problem. I would recommend waiting for the next version for major renovations on this program since the installer is faulty. I returned the product and got a refund.

The item arrived smushed, stained and opened. Might have received a used item and wasn't surprised when I had trouble installing the program. I don't know if it was a quality control error, but when I was installing the default language was Korean, not English and I couldn't change it to English. I contacted Nero's customer support and in my initial comment told them that I had checked prior to writing to them and my computer's default language was English/Location was in US. The only advice he gave me was to change my computer's language to English and location to the US and then closed the communication as solved/answered. Very poor customer service. Returned the item because I couldn't get it to work and couldn't muster up the energy to open a new ticket.

Do not trust this company or any of their products. The license is a lifetime one but they decide how long that life is. Once they come out with newer software their update will void your license and reinstalling the software will give you activation errors saying you have added it to multiple PC's and they will not reactivate your license. They will have the guts to offer you the latest software at a discount.

You can only put the program on one PC which I did not know. Tried to put on 2nd and the program did something to lock my PC and had to restore. Like many of these newer version programs, they take more control than they should and every time I try to burn a DVD, it has to be verified with Nero that I am using a legal program. Nero was my go to program and just like Vegas for editing, ads pop up all the time and they put things on your PC without permission clearly stated. Almost afraid to use the program in fear they will crash me again.

I have used Nero Platinum 2019 since 2020 without a problem, now Nero has decided that I own an illegal copy and have denied me access to the same. I have contacted Nero about this problem but they seem to cast me off, sending me data of how I am using an illegal copy of their product. Do Not Buy from NERO. They are out for the buck and nothing else.

Absolutely useless for the reason I purchased it. Says it can rip dvds to your computer, but can't decode copyright protected dvds or even rip a burnt DVD. There are free online programs that can accomplish this. Shame on me perhaps for not doing better homework, but it does have a program that claims to accomplish this. Not the case unfortunately. What a waste.

Me agradó bastante este software. En cuanto a la grabación de medios ópticos se nota la experiencia de Nero. En cuanto las demás funciones son bastante aceptables y constantemente se estan actualizando.
