THE NIGHT BEFORE CHRISTMAS HALLMARK RECORDABLE BOOK

These books are just the perfect gift for any little ones who have someone special far away to read them a story at bedtime... Or even for those people they don't see every day and wish they did. Perfect!

I'm very unhappy as the book arrived damaged and contained old, corroding batteries. We tried putting new batteries in but it still didn't work. I would like a replacement book urgently as this was going to be a Christmas present for my nephew.

Recorder didn't work and still had corroded batteries in , if your selling a recordable book second hand and rate it in really good condition at least test it.

Was most disappointed with this purchase, beautiful story with equally illustration, unfortunately after recording my story without any problems, distorted voice took over, full refund was given without any problems.

It was a lovely book for us to record the story so that our grandaughter in Southern Ireland can hear our voices. My daughter is going to give the book to her on Christmas eve so she will hear us telling the story on that special night. Could Hallmark books produce more books suitable for 6 year olds - most of the recordable books are for younger little people.

I bought three of these books, all different, and had absolutely no difficulty recording my voice. They should leave a little more time for the longer narratives, but other than that it was great. My favorite was Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer. At first I thought it was too short, but when I got to the last page and Burl Ives began to sing, the lights started to flash, Santa's eyes opened, and Rudolph's nose glowed red, I loved it. I am 65 years old and I enjoyed it. I have a one year old grandson who is going to go nuts when he gets to the last page on Christmas morning. Thank you, Hallmark, for creating a book my grandchildren will treasure into their adult years!

Item was delivered Upon opening the batteries as it did not work found that the batteries had leaked causing damage. Also missing a spring rendering it unusable. Unsafe !

Product has heavy corrosion and is unusable.

Made a fantastic gift for our daughter who was away in Australia. So nice for her to hear her family's voices reading the story to just her.
