Great lamination and imagery. But very difficult to flatten - keeps curled up as they must have been rolled up when still warm from laminator. Other than that very good product, unable to put in display boxes due to curling

This is an easy way to see all the different workouts you can do. I like that it has the same workouts on both sides, one side so that you can post it horizontally, the other side so you can post it vertically. It is laminated very well, so it should hold up no matter where you use it.

Great to have for your gym. Shows what muscle you are going to be working. The delivery was very fast.

the poster is nice, very clear and has somewhat professional looks. the poster is laminated which will prolong it's life but both the paper and the plastic lamination is on the thinner side. It comes rolled pretty tide and took a day to straight up to flat position. i rolled the poster to opposite way and secured with two elastic bends, next day the poster was pretty much flat. Best part is that the poster is double sided so you can hang it in either landscape or portrait orientation. Nice little addition to a home gym
