A friend recommended this to me, and I purchased it and have used it. At the first taste, I could tell it was a top-notch product. I use it to jump start my immune system during times of stress, like moving, or changing jobs, or during cold and flue season.

Tastes terrible but I put just a bit of this in juice with Aloe water powdered greens in AM seems to supply B vitamins. It seems to give me energy for at least 12 hours! Would recommend as long as you can get over taste

Not really sure if it works because ours tasted terrible. My son said it was like rotten soy sauce so he wont take it. Waste of money in my house

But I do think it works!

my child did not like the taste at all and he regularly takes flaxseed oil, so that says something about the taste. I have not noticed a change in his attention span or behavior so I won't buy it again

This product has been great so far. I'm loving the extra energy I've been experiencing since I've been using it.
