A 1kg packet is so much easier to work with than having to mould 2 x 500g together. It helps to make these Christmas jobs easier and quicker.

A big block of marzipan
What's not to like about a big block of marzipan? Not the tastiest I've ever had but it certainly does the job of being marzipan. What is yellow and swings through the jungle? Tarzipan.

We love marzipan in our house. A block this size is quickly consumed. It was easy to cut, soft enough to mold and pliable enough to roll with ease. And it is lovely to pinch a lump off to eat on the sly 😲
