Bought as a gift and they are very happy with results

When I had an extreme upset stomach on my trip to London the pharmacist down the street recommended this. Totally worked, so I ordered a whole bunch as I can't find the same thing in the US. I never travel without it now and is so much better than Immodium.

So far the probiotics have helped with my situation. I haven't as yet determined if they are any better or superior to another over counter pharmacy brand that I was using, I haven't taken them long enough to make that determination yet.

I started taking these daily a little less than two weeks ago, going with a smaller dose and taking it slowly as suggested. After the fourth day, I was suddenly constipated -- seriously constipated -- which is the opposite of my digestive problem when I started the product. I have been dealing with SIBO and candida infections and read that this strain of probiotic is appropriate for SIBO. But they seem to be working TOO well to continue safely. I'm going to take a break from them and see what happens when I try them again later. I followed the directions on the package. UPDATE: I have found great results with this now that I cut back to one capsule daily. I am going to experiment later to see if I can increase the dose if needed, but for now, I'm pleased that I found a dosage that works for me. I am surprised at how it seems to improve SIBO and/or candida symptoms.

I noticed the box was damaged and the seal on the bottle was not attached. I was able to easily lift half of it off with a single finger, giving access to the container's contents. Considering I'm supposed to invest this, it makes me nervous.
