Not as good as other books
I have bought multiple books on ISO 9001 and QMS at the same time. Of them all, this book was the hardest to digest while also containing the least content. There were a couple of things I did learn from this book, but I still overall recommend against getting this if you really want a comprehensive QMS book and you are new to the field. Despite the title, this book is not practical for establishing a QMS. The information in this book is pretty dated, too.

One of the best QMS books I’ve read. Authors offer a really nice template for assessing your organizations effectiveness and continuous improvement per ICHQ10 and ISO models integrated with BPM. Very few companies have achieved an integrated QMS as a key component of their business model. Highly recommend this book to all Pharmaceutical Quality Professionals.
