Sonoma 64.5" Queen Headboard

This comes well packed and no scratches or dents in the wood. It is very simple to put together. I am a 66 yr old woman but fairly experienced at assembling things. You will need a Phillips head screw driver. It is a one person job. It came with all the parts. Two holes were not drilled but it was not a problem. It was fine without those two screws. It took approx 30 minutes for me. It looks beautiful and expensive but it’s not. This headboard can be hooked to the bed frame, it has holes drilled in the legs for that. You will have to buy separate hardware for that. I do not want that because my bed is an adjustable bed (head and foot raises) so I have leaned it up against the wall. You could attach it to the wall as well if you wanted to with those holes pre-drilled in the legs. I may decide to do that in the future. I just love the way it looks. It is a very nice expresso brown color. I have a rather tall Queen size bed.

We are totally satisfied with this headboard. It’s well made and seems to be of good quality and very sturdy. The instructions for putting it together were very clear and it didn’t take more than an hour to put together. We have only had it a couple weeks but so far no issues. To make it a bit higher my husband made some wood pieces to add to each of the bottom boards. When the bed is put together they are not noticeable and it gives the headboard a more elevated look. It wasn’t necessary to do this but we were trying to cover up a little area of the wall that was slightly damaged. Having the headboard a little higher covered up the issue. So it saved us from having to paint the whole bedroom over again. Would highly recommend!!

Once put together, it turned out exactly how I expected it to. The color matched great with my furniture. I just bought an adjustable bed and was having a difficult time finding a 'compatible' bed frame with side rails, so I decided to go with just the headboard and bought a bed skirt which turned out just fine. The instructions can get a little confusing , but my son put it up and it worked out. It's not wood but looks really nice. It's sitting against the wall and not physically attached and double sided tape to prevent any noise.

I love the look of this headboard. Its quality is better than I thought it would be. Great product at a decent price. The natural color is a favorite, as it goes well with almost any comforter. Easy to assemble and attach to the bed frame. I had ordered the King size and it was perfect.

0/10, if I could give this zero stars, I would. There was missing holes for the screws so I had to go out and buy wood glue. I had high hopes for this and threw my previous head board out thinking this was better and I was wrong. I already ripped open the box and spent my time putting it together, or else I would’ve tossed it the trash. Also none of the pieces are labelled, which took more time.

This headboard is a great value and quality for the money. Assembly instructions were clear and assembly was a breeze. Perfect queen size, easy to install, and looks terrific! Highly recommended and would purchase again.

I am an over 40 female who has had three back surgeries, and I was able to do this by myself. People say that parts were missing, I did have one screw missing, but that’s nothing terrible. It wasn’t a screw that was vital. People say it’s cheaply made. It’s only $100, so that should be your clue it’s made out of pressed particleboard. People complained that holes weren’t drilled out. It appears the holes were made before the white spray coating was put on. So if you just run your finger along the board, the paint is real thin and it will pop, revealing the pre-drilled hole. Someone complained about the drilled holes at the base being drilled on the wrong side. The holes are drilled halfway through, you line up your bedframe, find the holes, that work, and then drill those out. However, in my case, one side, fit perfectly, but the other didn’t. So I had to drill two brand new holes. The headboard is extremely heavy. One person complained about the center piece being cardboard. Again it’s just thin pressed particleboard. You’re only paying $100. It went together fairly easy.

Looks very nice. Set came well packaged. It's a large box and heavy so damage is a concern. Mine came perfect. Easy to assemble and looks very nice. I marched it to king size frame. You will have to purchase some 4 inch bolts and wing nuts to attach to frame. I also used a 1 inch thick spacer block to fill gap between frame and headboard on legs. Headboard matches to nightstands and chest in same dark walnut color.
