I have IBS and recently had an emergency need to move my bowels while on 15 minute drive home. I was able to hold it until stepping out of my car. Then it came and i could not stop it, and it was very loose. As I was rushing to my apartment I felt I must have been leaving a stream behind me. When I finally got into my bathroom I found that nothing had escaped these underwear and was able to undress in my shower and no mess was left anywhere. If I had not worn this underwear my embarrassment would have been overwhelming. They hold tight and hold a lot of liquid. Wow! They really work.

These Depends True Fit disposable underpants are the first we found that fit my father well, are comfortable and prevent accidents even with large amount of liquid.

Bought these for my Father-in-law that moved in with us due to his health issues. He has limited mobility and Diabetic Neuropathy. As a result he doesn't always know he needs to get to the bathroom for a bowel movement until the last minute and with the limited mobility we have dealt with accidents. It has been very humiliating for him. With these, if he doesn't make it, it controls the accident and there is no soiling of clothing or bedding. It has helped restore some dignity for him. His only complaint is that they fit a little snug, but a size smaller won't work. The look like underwear and not a diaper.

These dippers are not the same one that you buy from the store, they come in a different package, not he original DEPENDS BOX showed in the picture, then they are seconds at best some come with the front stuck to the back inside, like if the glue leaked, then the do not last very long. these are NOT as advertised. They are low quality factory rejects.

Diapers ... LMAO. Good Quality and I can manage to get 2 days wear out of each one.
