Bought these after using something similar at work (in hospitality). They are great quality and roll up easily. Using them has saved me a fortune in foil and preserved our baking trays for much longer. They clean easily and effectively, they fit my baking trays really well and are great for when non-stick is needed. Not advisable to put them in the dishwasher though as this affects the flavour the next time you cook but to be fair they hand wash really easily (I just sometimes can’t be bothered!! 😂)

Wanted some of these for baking vegan macarons and these have been great so far. Excellent size, they basically cover my largest baking tray and three of them means you can bake huge batches of macarons in one go, maybe 30-40 in total which is great for leaving them overnight. The macarons come off easily, with just a tiny powdery residue left to clean. Simply pour boiling water over them and most of what's on there will come straight off anyway. They retain heat surprisingly well which is ideal for cooling things slowly, yet they never really get so hot to the touch that you can't move them around once you've taken them out the oven. Incredibly functional, more than happy to recommend these to other bakers and patisserie wannabes!

I couldn't wait to try the baking mats and so I baked some cookies the day I received my order. I also par baked home made pizza bases. The items came off easily and the mats were easy enough to wipe down and clean.

Bought these to replace some previous ones and they are better. Much easier for keeping baking trays, etc clean.

These are perfect in baking and protects the oven from spillage that would be hard to clean. When I bake or cook, i use these under tray and if there is any oil or sauce it goes to these liners. They are very easy to clean and dry. When baking a bread, i directly place my dough on these liners so I do not have to use a tin foil to line my tray. Eventually it saved me a lot of money from buying tin foil and baking paper.

I’ve had these baking mats 3 weeks now and so far they seem great! They appear to be woven inside but are encased in silicone so I’ve been able to cut them up to fit my baking trays (as they are huge!) with no ill effects; I was concerned they may disintegrate with regular use and washing but they seem pretty well made so I don’t think that will be a problem. I’ve used them for tons of different things, roasted veggies, cookies and frozen potato products. Haven’t used them for anything messy or saucy like roast meat because I’m lazy and I prefer to use foil for easy clean up but I’m pretty certain they can handle it. Kept one full size so I can use it for rolling out dough, works well. Fairly easy to wash too.

A good price and they clean really easily: they do stay a bit sticky to touch, but we had no issues apart from... We think that there is some other material or a different type of construction in these that sets off our kitchen smoke alarm when heated! Obviously, a big issue when we’re baking on them. So - inexpensive, easy to use...but may set off your smoke alarm (thinking it might be woken fumes from the mat itself as we have a different type of detector in the kitchen to the rest of the house). Wouldn’t buy again but would be great if they didn’t set off the alarm.

Great silicone mats for cooking or baking. I’ve so far used them for baking florentines and also doing sausages in the oven. Saves the trees by using these instead of baking paper and avoids having to scrub away at a greasy baking tray. Anything you put on them doesn’t stick unlike things you might put directly onto a tray without them. Easy to clean. The only drawback is they are pretty big - too wide for my oven and trays but I cut them down to size so problem solved. Great product!

Passe au lave vaisselle et en ressort comme neuf. Déjà utilisé à plusieurs reprises, ces plaque en silicone évitent l'emploi de papier cuisson. Se nettoie dun coup d'éponge si besoin. Le lot de 3 est un plus si l on fait des tartes de plus de 30cm de diametre, dans ce cas on en met 2 qui se chevauchent en partie, mais aucun problème de cuisson ou de nourriture resté collée aux plaques.

Love these! I have three of them and have used them for biscuits and fresh dinner rolls. Looking forward to using them for cookies. They do a great job without having to purchase parchment paper every time. No need to grease the cookie sheet first. Clean up is easy, just wipe with a damp cloth. Wish I had known about these sooner. Follow up 2 months later: these are so great. I used them for cookies and even baked fresh fish on them. Remarkable how easy they clean up! I didn’t even use oil when I baked the fish. You have to get these if you use your oven.

Works fine but hard to clean (since they're naturally sticky, it's hard to know how much to clean). They've discoloured quite quickly. Food does get crispy, so that's great. None of them are the exact size of our main trays, so if you cook meat etc you will have to clean both the mat and the tray.
