Alot of testing went into it and troubleshooting went into it... This chip's wifi undoubtably works flawless, beautiful..ect... Bluetooth does work as well... Alot of people using this probably don't realize though, being a doubled up adaptor, it probably won't work in your laptop. Some laptop PCIe cards have a USB built in... kinda hard to explain, and thus most will have a switch of some kind... such as a physical switch or combination of keys on the kb. If your PCIe slot does not support this feature the BLuetooth will not work for you. In some cases there is also an option in the bios to activate this as well. I am using an Intel DH77DF mini itx board. This board does support this feature. When I disable the device via Device manager, I hear the duh dah noise as if a USB device was removed, and when I enable, same deal... I only have 1 issue w/ it... The bluetooth works great, all my devices pair up and work. The only thing that I couldn't get to work is... I have the Galaxy Note II, I want to use my computer's mic and speakers as a bluetooth device. I see that Hands Free device install when its paired up but I can't seem to activate it. I can do music... download PIM data and transfer files... I noticed that there really isn't any software for it as well (to control music or act as a bluetooth headset) not even the generic Microsoft driver does it. I am still looking into it I am sure at this point that the driver package software doesn't work with windows 7 as I read in a thread somewhere that another person had the same issue and they used an XP shell in windows 7 so it works in Windows XP. I wonder also if I am doing something wrong... I installed a cheap Broadcomm device in the mean time... Review: Buyer Beware - Unfortunately, many of these chips have problems with Bluetooth - which happened to be the primary reason that I purchased it in the first place. To make matters worse, Intel refuses to support them and/or provide any sort of fix for the problem, stating: "Please note that these network cards are intended to be installed by OEM professional technicians only, Intel does not support the installation or upgrade of the Wifi network cards by end users." ([...]) This is very disappointing and a complete cop-out on Intel's part. The wireless portion works just fine, but if you're expecting Bluetooth, be prepared for at best a struggle and very likely nothing more than a lot of wasted time to show for it.

Connects like a charm
I bought this with some trepidation, but was pleased with the performance and the fact that Windows 8 Pro had the drivers for it. The Wi-Fi side of it is somewhat more sensitive than the HP card that came with the laptop and the HP card did not have Bluetooth. The Bluetooth side of this card is phenomenal. The range is consistently over 30 feet from what ever device I choose to pair with it and I haven't found anything yet that doesn't connect. I am very happy with this purchase.

False Advertising
Information on the NIC is wrong. It says it has integrated bluethooth (the entire reason I bought the card) but it does not. I realize now I should've verified after I trusted. Likely send back once I have a replacement.

Works great for me at first but then starts dropping wifi ...
Not sure if the issue lies with my PC or the card. Works great for me at first but then starts dropping wifi signal very often. Updated the drivers but still having issues with wifi connection. Basically bought it for 5 GHz channel capabilities. I'll see if I can repurpose it into another project. Was worth trying for 20 dollars

The Wifi and Bluetooth both work as advertised
I got this for my Intel NUC that I built. The Bluetooth got detected on windows 7 but the WiFi needed a driver download. Once you have them, this product works like a charm. I gave it 5 stars because I've tried other Bluetooth dongles to no avail. I had used an ASUS USB Bluetooth which wouldn't find my Bluetooth remote, then I tried a Belkin which worked fine until I rebooted. This one keep the connection stable. I'm glad I went with this. Go for it. Hope this helps someone make their decision.

Didn't work for me!
I installed this card on my Asus laptop running Windows 8.1. Horrible performance! Effective distance from the wireless router dropped down to a few feet and speed significantly dropped compared to the stock wifi card that came with the laptop. Tried all sorts of settings but nothing changed. I went to different forum discussions online and found out that this card does have issues that Intel had been unable to fix. On the bright side, Bluetooth works. But that's not enough to offset the major wifi issues.
