Q: Can this be used under gel/shellac polish?

I've used it under Gelous, which is an "Advanced Nail Gel Coat", and it worked fine. I use it under everything. I'm not sure if this answers your question or not.

Q: Why is nail hardner bubbling on nail?

Do not use this! It burnt my finger nails and the recovery took months, worse than doing back to back gels. I think it has ingredients that are toxic in the US

According to Schoon Scientific president Doug Schoon (who formerly served as CND’s VP of Science and Technology), the FDA does not designate the shelf life of nail polish, so it’s up to the manufacturer to determine the appropriate date. “Unopened and properly stored polish will last at least 18 months, possibly 24 months depending on storage conditions,” says Doug. Real talk—two years is a little early to ditch that half-used splurge, so it’s more important to look for signs of a spoiled bottle instead of relying on the date.

Q: how often can I use this? .... I have to admit I'm a bit in a hurry to see great results.

I use this product once per week it help me grow my nails but please use in a open window or close to a fan no children clouse and get a primer in your nails dount get close to skin it burns
