Needed an old model Seagate 500GB HDD for my 2012 iMac computer. Wow....easy to install and when running the internal program for installing the Mac OS...the Seagate Hard Drive worked perfectly. Also...super fast delivery by Fusion Technology

Good hard drive and good reasonable price

I'm very happy with the price and performance of this HD. I bought this as an internal upgrade in addition to a 1TB external and my existing internal 250GB HD. I bought it to install game programs on, my external is for music and photos. My only two complaints are that the HD did not come with the $1.50 SATA cable to hook it to my motherboard (and that's not a cable you can buy at your corner store). The other thing is that it came with absolutely no paperwork so I had to look online again to remember how to initialize the hardrive. No drama though and good, reasonably priced product.

Smooth and easy install, and I was able to reload all my WIN 10 Home and programs and files from a backup drive so as to save my stuff before Update Service ended. This is in about a 15 year-old backup desktop that the drive had crashed, so I want to restore this unit before too late. I am pleased with the transition and upgrade.

I was a bit skeptical at first given how inexpensive this hard drive was, but I'm pleasantly surprised by how well it's been working so far. It was well-packaged and easy to set up, and I've had no issues with performance. The transfer speeds are solid, and it’s handled all my storage needs without any problems. For the price, this is an absolute steal! So far, so good!

last seagate purchased was a 20mb unit for $350.00 proprietary for apple computers 1982 approx.. they've come a long way since the early days. So far this unit is working perfectly but we will have to wait and see in a couple of years if its still workin ok. I'm using it as a backup drive for my main HD's in a two bay backup box from ineo.

I paid about $35 for this drive In July, 2017, in a sealed, clear vacuum-sealed plastic package, probably sealed at the Seagate factory. Many, many folks don't need any more than 200 GB, or even 120 GB, unless they are heavy into video, 10,000 songs, etc. I advise against buying a used drive without knowing how many hours of operation it has on it. I was looking for a new 200GB drive for our daughter's music-hungry PC. (She had topped out with a 120GB drive). This 500GB drive was the closest new drive I found at a reasonable price. I installed it, copied Win10 and user files from the old hard drive and everything has been good. Be aware when purchasing NOS (New Old Stock) that the manufacturer's warranty for hard drives usually starts on the day the drive was manufactured so when buying a 3+ year old new drive, there is probably no manufacturer's warranty left. Buy from a seller that give his/her own warranty.

Velocidade De Transferência: Me impressionou, demorou menos de 50s para transferir 5GB, oscilou entre 70\120mb's. Tela de loading: Não demora. Utilizei em Valorant, Fortnite e Cyberpunk 2077 e não precisei passar tempo no TikTok haha Considerações finais: Recomendo a compra, produto de ótima qualidade e preço ótimo
