Finally
I have wanted this watch since my step dad bought one in 1969. I was 11 when the Speedmaster went to the moon. I’ve worn this for a couple weeks and it is very accurate. I did choose the Hesalite crystal with the solid case back because this is how I remember the watch when I was a kid. The delivery was fast with good tracking.

Very Expensive
I purchased this watch onboard Royal Caribbean's Oasis of the Seas. I opted for the metal band, hexalite crystal (plexiglass), and the engraved back. I like the look and feel of this watch. Certainly an accurate time piece. But what you are really paying for is the Omega name. The watch is really a looker. Supposedly it is a collector's item, but I think that is to get you to overpay for the recognition of having a similar watch to that used on Apollo missions. The watch costs the same as a small motorcycle, which has more mass and moving parts. Ao if you just want this particular look, Timex makes a similar watch, battery operated, for about $250. I guess in a few years, my heirs will have a nice time piece to resell.
