A must-have for any aquarist
Getting back into aquarium-keeping for the first time in over 30 years, so rebuilding my fish pharmacy from scratch has been an eye-opening experience. The science has come so far since the last time I kept an aquarium of my own, and I am loving it. Having a full stock of medications on hand that I can use to immediately treat anything that may crop up without having to wait, wonder, or work up some kind of half-baked solution is nerve-wracking and so unfair to the fish, who are living creatures. My betta comes to the surface and looks for me, he blows bubbles at me when I sing to him, and he glides against my fingers when I put them in the tank. This living thing clearly recognizes and appreciates me, and I know that I absolutely adore this precious little man. Seachem makes great stuff to keep your fish healthy, and I'm once step closer to having a complete first aid kit for my tank. Win-win!

A must have for receiving Discus
So just to clear things up for anyone who is unsure. Paraguard & stress guard can be used together. I recently got back into discus and in knowing how sensitive they can be I wasn't sure what to use during quarantine. I watched a couple of videos & did some reading & reviews on line & the paraguard was highly recommended. There wasn't anyone using it with stress guard but I figured I'd give it a try. So here is how I used it. I ordered the first 7 discus & I didn't do as much research on the seller as I should have (I won't mention sellers name but just believe cheaper is NOT the way to go) anyway when I got them they were skinny, doing a whole lot of rubbing and 2 had ich. That being said I turned the heat up to 92°(this high for fish who can handle high temp only) & treated with both stress guard & paraguard for 2 weeks (put temp slowly back down to 84° when done). All fish survived & are doing great. Now as for the second batch of 9 discus . They came in healthy (more reputable seller) so I did just 3 days of both. Now if you are doing a 2 week quarantine like you should if you see any trouble you can restart both until you see they are doing better (2 weeks if sick is best). Make sure you remove carbon from filter when using paraguard. If your using stress guard alone for injury you do not need to remove carbon. I hope this helps . I highly recommend both products

Works miracles
Helped my fish right away with some fungal / bacteria it had by the eye. Notice the fungal / bacteria went away after a 30min in the solution

Paraguard is a+ quality trusted when it comes to the fins that matter
My fishes tolerate the blue dye from this solution extremely well. The chemical compound made within the product is very effective and keeping water quality to perfect accuracy in order to maintain zero nitrate and nitire levels. Combined with good filtration and maintenence, I can attest to this product being working in keeping my Oscars healthy both visibly and my brain mentally from any stress or concern my animals may have.

Good solution.
This stuff covers any bacterial or infections your fish might have. The instructions are easy to understand and it is very gentle but effective. The color is blue so it is easy to determine how much you have put into the water.

So happy this didn’t harm my fish
I purchased this early October because I noticed that my Betta was looking fuzzy, she was staying on one side of the bowl, and wasn’t eating. I read one of the reviews saying it killed their fish, so I was hesitant, but decided to give it a try. I wasn’t sure how much to pour, so I poured a cap full and watched her throughout the day. The next day she seemed a lot more lively. When I cleaned out her bowl again, I poured in a cap full again. After using it about three time, I noticed the fuzziness went away completely. She seems a lot happier and she’s eating again.

Saved my fishes’ life!
Out of stock from local pet store, so I tried a few other brands. Didn’t work, fish kept dying. Then I ordered this from Amazon, and it worked like magic! My fish stopped dying after I used this in the aquarium.
