Uncle Mike'sOpen Top Single Cuff Case

I purchased this handcuff case for my husband who works security. His old handcuff case was bulky, created an unsightly bulge under his suit jacket and was built for a 2.25" duty belt, so it moved around too much. Uncle Mike came up with the perfect solution. This case has two belt loop sizes built-in (I posted an image of this), so it will snugly fit a 2.25" duty belt OR a 1.5" everyday belt without shifting! It lacks a folding flap, which greatly slims the case and makes it less noticeable under a suit jacket. No, it's not the absolute slimmest you can find, but it is the best option with snap closure I could find at less than $15.The snap used to secure the cuffs in place is situated too close to the handcuffs (see picture) which makes it difficult to grab the button to open it. To solve this problem, my husband simply grabs the handcuffs themselves and pulls them outward, which pops the button open and has the benefit of making cuff retrieval that much faster. The snap closure does not make the distinctive "snapping" noise that you might expect, so you may find yourself using excessive force to close it without realizing it is easily secured with a moderate pressure. Because it is easier to open than many heavy-duty snap closures we've dealt with (that have broken because they are too stiff), I suspect this case will last a good while.Overall impression? It's a solid case. It fits snugly on an average belt. It's made of a thick, durable nylon. Easy to open/close. I give it two thumbs up. My husband definitely recommends it.

I've been using Uncle Mikes gear since I got into corrections. This cuff case is awesome. It holds up well. The last one I had lasted a year and it was still in great condition. I use these to hold ASP cuffs, the button wont snap on ASPs but if you're using S&W or Peerless they fit just fine. Would recommend.

The pouch works great hold the handcuffs nice and tight. I do have a huge problem with Amazon using UPS sure post, they delivered the item to the USPS too late to get to me til the next day. Please do not use UPS sure post.

Had one case break after a week of use. was sent a replace and has been working great for close to 8 months.

A little hard to close because it's so tight.

Perfect for my cuffs. Much better than the duty one I was issued. Easy removal of cuffs just by pulling on the cuff downward and the snap come undone without an issue. No need to try to fumble with snaps under stress any longer!

This case is easy to use and holds standard and large cuffs. I would recommend this product. Four stars because not soft but is a little stiff.

I carry it 5 days a week! The snap button is pretty firm but at least I know my cuffs won’t go flying during a chase or get pulled out by someone. Very sturdy, well made and low profile.

The bag is fine. Has a belt loop on the back. A touch small for my cuffs, but they fit.I'm happy!!Delivered Fast!, GREAT seller. A+++++

A little harder than most to get the button to close but all in all it's a very good product. Doesn't hold handcuffs with a chain. The folding type only it seems. Tried both styles.

Good product does what it needs to. Takes a bit to get used to the button but once you get that it becomes easier to close.
