Good, and slippery
I used this material for a 'glide' for a cloned Biesemeyer table saw fence I made. It worked great.

Easy to use
I recently bought a new table saw, a Powermatic 64B. There is apparently no zero clearance insert made for it, so I decided to make my own. The insert is approximately 4" x 18". I used the table saw with a plywood blade to cut a blank to an approximate size, then used double-sided tape to stick the original saw insert to the UHMW sheet. Over to the band saw to cut off the corners, and then to the router table, where a pattern-cutting bit made short work of "final" shaping. Next the drill press made a finger hole. The result was a table saw insert that wouldn't fit as it was too large by a small fraction of an inch. I used a "surform" rasp to adjust the size until it just fit. Next, using a lot of safety precautions, I cut the kerf slot by raising the saw blade through it. Finally, a hand saw extended the kerf slit for the riving knife (if anyone knows a better way to do that, I'd like to hear it). The reason I went through that long storybwas that every one if these processes went smoothly and easily. This UHMW stuff is really easy to work with. The chips/sawdust are fairly large and get static electricity, so they cling to everything, making cleanup a bit tedious. On the "surform" step above, I tried to use a plane - unsuccessfully. For my saw, the sheet is slightly too thin, so I'm going to have to put some leveling screws in it. But I found the process of working with this stuff a lot if fun.

Warped but ok
Plastic was warped but I needed to cut it into smaller pieces so it was ok for me. If you need it to be perfectly straight you might have a problem ordering this.

Good Stuff
The UHMW sheet was used to tighten up the slop in the ram guides on my 20-ton hydraulic press. The sheet is actually a bit less than 12" x 12" (more like 11-3/4" square), but there was plenty of material to cut six pieces to size for my application.

Flexible within limits of course
I was able to cut a strip off with tin snips and wrap it around a 1-5/16 shaft an use it as a bushing to replace one that had worn out. It worked great. The shaft operates a door latch and turns both intermittently and slowly. I secured the new “ bushing” which I had cut wider than necessary to the shaft with a hose clamp which allowed the bushing to rotate with the shaft. Works fine and much cheaper than the $31 quoted for a proper replacement bushing.

Horribly warped and twisted
Not impressed. The material arrived with a horrible warp and twist. With a thickness of 3/8, the warp at least doubles the height when it should be lying flat. This wouldn't straighten out clamped between two boards, it's not safe to cut on a table saw, and it's useless for making miter slot runners. I'm returning it

High quality material!
We haven't installed this product but it will go into a jointer for woodworking. This product looks wonderful, was received quickly and will definitely do the job.

Smaller than 24x24", not super smooth, not flat
My item measures about 1/8" thick, with a width about 2 millimeters less than 23.75", and length of about 2 millimeters more than 23.75", so if you're looking for an exact 24x24" square, look elsewhere because the item is smaller than advertised. There are parallel lines etched into the surface, running across the entire surface, as if the sheet was scraped. Perhaps the product is cast into a mold and the mold has lines scratched into it. The material itself is slick, but the etched lines cause it to have more friction than a smooth surface. I wanted a lower friction surface. Also, the sheet came with a few curves in the surface such that it didn't lay flat. I had to bend it fairly hard a few times by hand, in a few different directions to get it somewhat flat, then put weights on top of it on a table for a few days, and now it lays flat on the table without the weights.
