I have never heard of punches that worked with a drill but saw these and thought they might work well on soft materials like rubber and so forth. I used the 1/4" punch on a on seal made of silicone material and it worked perfectly: Just used my 1/4" drill, applied some pressure and it made a perfect hole. All punches in the set I received are sharp.

Excellent for rubber belting

These are very nice punches. I used them to punch speaker "holes" for a package tray on an old chevy. Worked well and came out nice. Good value.

These make clean holes in thick nitrile rubber and softer foams. Worth noting however, they came rusty (coating, not pitted) which means their oil-coating/storage needs improvement. I did a quick Dremel job on them with a buffing bit and re-oiled and they’re as good as they should have been out of the box. Very easy to sharpen as well.

This made my job of making 100 holes for laces so very easy. Suggest a hard cutting board under cutter for material.

I’m working with 1/4” reinforced rubber strap. The product does work with sufficient force applied. The reason for 3 ⭐️ is that it got stuck in my impact driver, we had to put the cutter in a vise and drive the drill off of it. All the cutters are out of tolerance, we tried a different impact driver with the same result. It got stuck in the 1/4” driver chuck. Not just 1 but all sizes were out of tolerance to fit the driver. Use a standard drill and chuck when using this product.

Nice and sharp. Used to put many holes in a felt hat and they cut like butter the whole time. Seem well made and accurate.

I used these to put holes in a thick piece of canvas like material because I wanted to install toggle bolts to fasten it to the floor. I found the end to be sharp, it did the job without any issues - and now I have a whole set if I ever need to do this king of thing again. They seem well made, are a good weight and look like a quality product.

I am not sure of all the possible applications, but they wirk great on cutting foam plugs for fly fishing popper heads
