Stands Up to Tension and Wear
High quality, strong, and durable. This stuff was exactly what I didn't know I needed when I started loom beading. I'd compare it to a very nice fishing line but much cheaper. You get a good amount for the value, too. Absolutely the standard for beading projects that require a lot of high-tension work and durability.

Beading thread
This is a good sturdy beading threat to use.

Very dependable and strong thread
Great product! I use it to warp my loom for bead woven jewelry and it never disappoints. The thread resists piercing with the needle and the finished piece is very supple.

love it for warp threads in bead looming projects
I have this in both colors on this listing (black and white, aka "frost"). It is opaque thread, not translucent. I personally do not use it for stringing through beads. Even though it is quite tough, it has a diameter that is just too big for multiple passes through smaller seed beads and, say, 3 mm firepolished glass beads, which are mostly what I have been using lately. (I have been into right angle weave lately and I find I need to go through the same bead several times to get the right degree of tension in my work.) It would definitely work in a single stranded project, however, if you are so inclined, as it can definitely take a fair amount of weight (although I tend to use Accuflex or Softflex wires for single-stranded projects). However, if you like to do loomed beadwork, this is awesome for the warp threads. It has provided a very sturdy base for the bracelets I've made so far (I tried one with Fireline, and that worked too, but I think this has a better drape). When I am putting the needle on the second pass through the beads on the loom (that is, going back to the starting point so I can add a second row), it does not put holes in or fray this Wildfire thread if I accidentally hit it as I go by. So I know my warp threads are going to be secure. It doesn't stretch, and I have definitely put that to the test since I am using a Jewel Loom (which stays bent in a bow shape after removing a metal cross bar -- stretchy threads don't keep the loom bent). This has a bit of stiffness but it does end up draping well, at least in loomed bracelets. (If you want to hide the black or white at the edges of the loomed piece, you can add a little seed bead detailing along the edges.) It knots very well, which is nice, and it cuts easily with a sharp pair of scissors. Because of the stiffness, this is pretty easy to put through a needle without using a threader, although it will not work in the very smallest beading needles. Although I don't think this works for every application, I can definitely find some uses for it, and it is superior for those uses when compared to other products, so I am inclined to give a high rating. If you are really into beadwork, you will have lots and lots of kinds of thread, cord, and wire around, but this is definitely worth having in your collection.

only product i use for beadwork

Pretty good beading thread.
Best part is it comes in multiple colors. Worst part is if you are using matte, frosted or 'satin' Delicas it will fray more than Fireline.

Excellent Product; Super Fine & Sturdy
Why did you pick this product vs others?: Name recognition is strong in beading circles; this very fine line is perfect for those intricate designs. I bought this specifically for the Stars and Stripes Beaded Sphere, which requires multiple passes through delica beads, which will burst with a thicker thread! This product is PERFECT. I've attached a photo of my project, in progress, would be impossible without such a super fine, super sturdy line. Functionality: Very fine thread for tight bead patterns Quality: This is a superior beading line

So far I am pleased with this thread. So far there is no fraying, I can tug hard and it stays put and doesn't break. I will buy again for more of my beading projects.

Excellent quality! Strong and durable. Easy to thread on fine beading needles. Quite expensive though.
