It does fit 2011 Civic.
Installed this wheel on a Honda Civic. 2011 Civic LX. Perfect fit. I compared the dimensions and found they were the same as the OEM. It's on the car and running fine. There seemed to be some confusion on the site whether it would fit or not. It does fit this model and year.

Fit! 2010 Honda Civic
These fit better than the rims that were currently on my car. They collar the hub a bit tighter. I bought 2 so I would have a full size spare.
