Bought this as the neighbours log burner is slowly but surely polluting our home. Initially although not had item on much as the weather has been warm.... Seems to work very well though aslnd PM2. 5 is clearly reduced in a short time. The formaldehyde does not reduce as quick.... Fresh air and opening a window if you can... seems the answer to reducing that! Air definitely fresher and alot cleaner.... I also have a Air quality meter and the results are clearly visible.... Would recommend

I’ve suffered with hayfever all my life and now I have my own place I decided to get a decent air purifier. This one is great and even has a sleep mode which is incredibly quiet. The highest setting is noisy, but is ideal for leaving on while you go out to ensure the air is clear when you get back. It has a sleep timer so you can leave it on high when you’re out without it having to be left all day.The filter is easy to remove for cleaning and can be vacuumed clean. Mine is a newly built flat so dust hasn’t had much chance to build up on the filter but vacuuming helps to get the pollen out from inside the filter

The operation of the device is fairly straightforward, though the light displays are very bright. At night, even in the lowest setting, the light is still too bright and I have to put a cover over it. The filtering seems to work very well and definitely makes a difference to the bedroom air quality. The instructions are a translation into English and there are lots of mistakes with poor grammar and wrong use of words: not great. The instructions mention and show a remote control unit, but it wasn't included in my package: I'm not impressed. I cannot find any information as to where the replacement filters can be purchased, despite asking on the site.

I had an issue with the product. Contacted them, then was contacted via WhatsApp. The problem was resolved. I have not had a problem since. Good service.I love the product, I have vacuumed the filter carefully as per instruction. It definitely makes a difference to air quality.
