Absolutely love it the smell is horrible even though it says scent free but it's an amazing product

Out of all the urea containing body lotion I have used this time me definitely smells the best and applied really easily

Consistency is key when using KP creams. I've found that applying it regularly, usually once or twice a day, yields the best results. Over time, I've noticed a reduction in redness and a significant decrease in the number of bumps. While it may not completely eliminate the condition, it certainly makes it much less noticeable.

I've always had KP on the back of both my arms since I was little that only got more prominent as I grew older. I have tried so many alleged cures, ingredients and products for over 25 years since I was 11. Ammonium lactate products are by far the most effective treatment for *my* KP (compared to urea, salicylic acid, glycolic acid and others that are touted as cure for KP). Unfortunately, Amlactin is the only brand I have found to make the most effective, if not the only, ammonium lactate products. And the brand is only formally distributed in the US, making it pricey to purchase outside the US. However, this is, by far, the only product that not only smooth out the bumps, but also reduces the looks of the darkened spots the bumps left behind. It does have a distinctive smell (acidic earthy scent) that dissipates overtime (and not overpowering) but I'd take that any time for my extremely smooth skin.
