Great product.
This is a far better product than most incontinent briefs on the market. The fit, quality, and absorbency is better than other brands, as well. This product also looks more like normal briefs rather than diapers. Depend allows me to deal with surgery-caused incontinence and have a normal daily routine. Seller delivery is a little slow and product was wrapped in trash bags which were shredded by the shipping process. The boxes were mangled product is genuine and survived the trip.

Comfortable, absorbent and reliable for daytime wear!
I purchase these disposable pull up underwear for a close 62 year old male friend who suffers from prostate cancer. He was diagnosed as being stage 4 and chose 1 of the surgery options that were recommended by his doctors. While the cancer is under control his bladder control is not. The doctors are still optimistic that the control will come back. In the mean time no one prepared him and he admits he never gave a thought about needing incontinence garments. His savings depleted and urinating night and day, much more than he ever had before the surgery he was in some really expensive trouble. I asked about this type of situation at the senior center and they told me how desperate those with incontinence become and there is little assistance available to them. I am older than he is and on a budget myself. I know how I would feel if I had urine running down my legs, no money and was staying at home all the time because I smelled like urine. I have been spending $200.00 a month out of my personal savings to help keep my friend dry. I have been buying Depend FIT-FLEX Incontinence Underwear for Men, Maximum Absorbency, Disposable, X-Large, Grey, 48 Count here on Amazon for my friend. It is reasonably priced, absorbent and fits snugly around the thighs preventing leakage most of the time. My friend reports back to me that he wear these when he goes out to the grocery or a short visit to a friends. He likes them because he feels safe when he wears them. They don't make noise and basically don't leave noticeable lines. He cautions that you got to treat them with care and not yank them on stretching them out of shape. Because of the cost he only wears them to bed or when he goes to the doctors and wants to make sure he isn't embarrassed because they leaked and wet his outer pants. Laundering clothing is expensive especially because he has to use coin-op machines. Laundry, another expense that he was not prepared for. He recommends for you to try to remember not to yank them on and stretch them out of shape. Those 'dressing stick aids' used to pull up underwear or pants can put a hole in the underwear and tear the paper. Like he says 'after all they are paper and they will stretch and tear just like most of the products do some time or another'. I purchase them here on Amazon because they have the best deal and quick to ship them. He cautions you to remember to take a spare or two with you when you go out just to be safe and you do have a good time.

They fit well and keep him dry!
We have been using this underwear for several months for urinary incontinence and the Depend underwear is doing a great job of keeping him dry during the day as well as at night. I am a happy repeat buyer! I don't notice smells and they have been very effective keeping him clean and dry.

Close second to Solimo
I tried all three major brands. From best to worst, it was Amazon brand, then Depends, then Luvs. Before details on the products let me say that I use these for minor leaking. Other people will have different needs and thus might have different preferences. Amazon fit best, no frills, comfortable, lots of absorbency, good for 24 hours without noticeable odor. Depends also fit nicely but I kept having to pull up on the back. To be fair, people with a different shape might not have that problem. Minor odor problem. After 12 hours I needed to use a washcloth or shower Luvs ran too large, even though the sizing chart said I had the right size for my dimensions. They were not at all comfortable for me. I had different determining front/back until I put them on. Then and only then was I able to tell from the way they felt. I’ve posted this review in all three places, but with 5-4-3 stars respectively.

I can poop in these for days!
These things hold a ton of poop (not literally, but you get what I mean). I can poop in one pair for 2 or 3 days and they really hold in the smell until they get so full that it oozes out the sides. Then I just go in the back yard, drop them on the ground, hose myself off and then jump into a fresh one. This uses way less water than using the toilet, which is just another environmentally friendly benefit. The neighbors complained some, but I just installed a privacy fence and solved that problem, but be aware that sometimes neighbors just love to find any reason to complain. A bonus is, these underpants grind up really well with my Cub Cadet riding mower which keeps the lawn fertilized at the same time I mow. I'm killing multiple birds with one stone--saving time and not missing TV shows by going to the toilet, saving water AND the planet, and fertilizing the lawn while I mow. I think this is what people mean by the phrase "game changer." What a time to be alive.

Better than Tena!
I was first introduced to Tena in a nursing home. They were okay but very hot in the summer. After I left the nursing home I looked for breathable incontinent brief, Tena selling the ProSkin brand. They are good, but have a defect. The 'pouch' tears at the back allowing the absorbent material to come out. No pad in the 'pouch'. I complained to Tena and they didn't want to help or listen to me. I then found Depend Men's Briefs. I always read reviews before that they weren't good in fit or something else. I bought a case, I have to say reviews were wrong, or maybe these are better. They have a pad in the 'pouch' Fit medium fits great on me. Very comfortable. I would recommend them too most everyone

Closet to underwear you can get
I buy these for my father monthly. We tried different brands and different styles and each time my father would ask for these. He said he'd loves how they fit, they are very comfortable and feel more like underwear then any of the others he has tried. Even when he doesn't really need them he wears them instead of his underwear because he likes how they feel on, they aren't tight or restrictive and they give him the reassurance for that just in case situation. I have them as a subscribe and save because they have become a staple item for him. Even when he had to go into a nursing facility for awhile, he refused diapers and only wanted these, so I had Amazon deliver directly to the facility. He never has had any issue with leakage and he said it absorbs a lot. They are decently priced compared to others and aren't as expensive as some we had come across. He highly recommends them.

A Solid Mid-Range Experience for Those with Incontinence Issues
Kimberly-Clark's Depend brand products have long been one of the most popular options for those who experience incontinence. Over recent years, the Depend brand has focused more on independence than functionality and I'd dare say that it's starting to show in the effectiveness of their products. As an independent adult with spina bifida, I've long experienced some level of incontinence issues. For many years, I simply bought my supplies from a local drug store or mass retailer, but with recent health concerns have opted to explore online options. Incontinence is one of those weird, embarrassing issues and I'm always trying to balance between functionality, independence, and having what I wear be not quite so obvious. Traditional briefs are, of course, the most effective but they're also the most stigmatizing. Briefs like these, the Fit-Flex, offer less stigma with decent function and certain definite compromises. After wearing the traditional briefs for a while after a recent major surgery, I've been moving toward a fit-flex type option. After my previous option became unavailable for a while, I made the switch. Unfortunately, within a few days of adding these to my subscribe-and-save I again realized how much I needed to compromise my needs and stability to use these. The Fit-Flex briefs are great for someone with moderate bladder control issues. Generally, if there's any bowel management issue at all a traditional brief is the way to go as these briefs are thinner on the side and they have most of their padding in the crotch area. There's minimal padding around the buttocks. Depend seems designed to serve most people who have incontinence, while those with significant disabilities tend to go for more specialized medical brands because they're simply better designed for those with significant needs in bowel/bladder management. Depend is very good at sizing their products. For example, I ordered the large briefs that stop at a 44" in waist which is exactly what I have. They were definitely snug and the first pair actually ripped. If I had a 46" waist, these wouldn't work. They are more fit than flex. While I was able to adapt how I put them on, I found them quickly ineffective or rather quickly needing changed. They simply didn't satisfy in terms of absorbency. Furthermore, they really just don't do a good job of skin protection. Are they bad? No, not really. I think they will be perfectly fine for most who experience incontinence. For those of us with significant issues or unique bodies, for example I have scoliosis and use a wheelchair, the product doesn't really flex as much as needed with the body. Ultimately, after one order I've cancelled my subscribe-and-save because it's obvious these will not meet my needs without adding a lot of emotional stress and physical demand for extra changes. This is a decent mid-range option, but for those with significant needs this is simply not the best option. As Depend has moved away from traditional briefs and seems to be targeting style over substance, it seems a different brand is probably a better way to go for me.
