For a 5.7 height person, it would be ideal if the seat height can be adjusted , as well as the chest fly machine can be moved a little bit backwards, as to get a wider range of motion for the chest muscles. I negated it by adding 2 pillows to the back while doing chest press and fly. Otherwise a great product for home workout, given that you can train multiple muscle groups. I would recommend this.

Powemax is a brand. Superb quality. Easy to install. Worst part is delivery was not on time..and when you want to cancell than amazon and seller tells u terms and conditions n charges which i needs to bare... So better choose powermax directly from store. Seller not taking responsibility of delivery.

التغليف سئ جداً و الجهاز وصل ناقص قطع كثيره و تم استبداله و الجديد وصل بتغليف اسوء و ناقص قطع ايضاً

Gh285 So I’m going to write a review which I don’t do very often I have been asked by the supplier on numerous occasions to leave a review but I refused because I wanted to properly test the multigym before I left the review so I bought this item in August and I have to say this product is really good value for money. Now after using this since August the system is still like new the police system is actually smooth for a home gym it doesn’t feel cheap like most home gyms do so at this price you can’t go wrong I recommend anyone to buy this machine
