Post menopausal miracle
I use pueraria to relieve post menopausal symptoms (vaginal dryness: an extremely unpleasant condition caused by a decrease in oestrogen production) and it is excellent. It also helps keep wrinkles at bay and my skin in good condition. However the downside is that it does tend cause a bit of fluid retention.

I've had better, cheaper.
Did not work. Was not the R1 formula it displays on the picture, it was the original formula i was sent. The other stuff i use for my skin works much better at half the cost.

Works to minimize hot flashes
My wife has been taking PM for years to help stabilize her period. She takes two a day till period feels like it is starting and then stops taking it for 5-6 days and then starts again when period is mostly over.

I had to stop taking my synthetic hormones because I had been on them for years and my doctor advised me that it's not good to take synthetic hormones long term because of heart risk issues. This product however is derived from a plant root and used in Thailand for hormone replacement therapy. Since I like the positive benefits of taking hormones, I started taking these "natural" pills in a low dose of 1 per day. I have tried other brands and always come back to this brand.
