These rollers are great, soooo easy to use, especially the clamp style clips...they hold the rollers in place really well! My hair is really long, so found that the large sized rollers didn't curl or last that well, so I bought a 2nd set and now fill my head will the medium and small size rollers....perfect!!! I find using the rollers on freshly washed hair gives the best results, once washed and fully dried I spritz my hair with a volumising spray as I do each section and this really holds the curl in well!....I quite like the new Treseme 24hr body range, it does give body to your hair and help keep the curls in longer. You only have to leave the rollers in until they have cooled, which is around 30 mins, but the longer you can leave em in the better! The rollers are the lightest in weight that I've ever used so I found leaving them in for a while wasn't a problem...my head didn't feel like a ton weight....I just looked like something from another universe with a head crammed with rollers and big clamps everywhere!! ;) Would't say they were suitable for really short hair, as long as you have enough to wrap round a roller then go for it! All in all a great buy, a must for lovely curls for that girlie night out, or just a bit of ooomph,....get ordering....you wont be disappointed!!!

I bought this item never having used heated rollers before. I found the rollers very easy to use. The big black clips didn't seem to hold my thin hair but the basic clips worked very well. On my first attempt, I set the heat very low as I have very thin hair and wasn't sure what heat to use. The curls were lovely but dropped within minutes although I had kept them in for about an hour. The next time I used them, I turned the heat up, used heat protecting/styling spray and left them in for about 3 hours. The curls were great and not only lasted all evening but were very wavey for the next day which looked nice as well. I really loved this item. I have used curling tongs before and although they work very well on my hair, it needs it be done last thing before leaving the house to make sure it looks neat. More often than not, I end up not having time to do it. With the heated rollers I can put them in a few hours before, get my makeup and everything else ready and just take the rollers out and style just before leaving. The quality of the product is very good. I supose the only thing that could be improved would be to have a compartment for the clips but this is not too much of a problem for me. I would definatly recommend.

I have very fine shoulder length hair and I hoped that these would add some body but These were really difficult to put on and even with some product in my hair within fifteen minutes the curl had completely dropped out. The main problem was it was very hard to wrap my hair around the rollers and keep them on because my hair is very fine - you have to use the metal clips to hold them in place but they all were too loose! They literally felt too big and unracelked enough to stop the rollersxworking properly. I ended up having to use the metal clips that are one size down but there were not enough of them included. When you put the plastic crocodile clip over the top there was not enough of them either to do your whole Head. All in all a bit of a disaster so I had to return it. If you have thick hair I am sure these work really well.
