X-Rap Jerkbait 06 Fishing Lures

Excellent fishing lure. I used the gold one this winter and wore it out so came on Amazon to buy another one. These are fantastic here in Central Texas. I've caught fish on this when nothing else worked. Last week I caught a 19in 2.5lb bass on a winter day where the water temp was in the 40's. The design is pretty good. Only issue I've had is after about 20 fish the paint starts coming off the bottom, but it didn't seem to hurt it too much since it still works. My new one should solve this. I purchased several other colors so I can continue to use this year around. Can't wait to try this tomorrow as we have a very warm spell coming for central Texas - upper 70s. Hoping the bass are awake! UPDATE 02/11/15: Received my new X-rap colors, Gold, White, Silver Minnow, and Clown. For the most part I am catching fish on them just like the others. Learned two things: 1. Size 06 is smaller than I would normally like for bass. Catches smallmouth bass but larger largemouth tend to not waste their time - Have seen more "abandons" than usual with the size 06. Probably should get an 08, or a 10 next time. Also the smaller size is too light to cast with a casting rod and is even tricky with a medium spinning rod. 2. Having different colors is an absolute necessity! Several times I have switched from silver minnow to gold or vise versa and BAM, I get a fish. Also, the clown color has worked great here for Texas winter fishing. Once summer gets here and white becomes the primary color I'm sure my white one will work great.

I mainly use this lure for largemouth and peacock bass in south Florida. Pros: Fish love it! I jig it hard and reel fast to catch their attention. Cons: It's not very durable. I'm going on my third one. One decent size peacock will straighten the hooks. After replacing the hooks, the first one caught about 10 fish before the body cracked and bent and would no longer swim under water. The second one caught about 15 fish until one ripped the hook and connecting ring right off the tail.

Fish react aggressively and quickly to it and it has a good hookup ratio

Hey ! If you wanna catch Bass , don't even think about this lure if it will work or not !! This one work perfect , wait a second super perfect !!! I cought about 7 Basses over 1 hr in very large lake , I like this lure and it is now my top one I used for Bass ! It move under the top water like a real fish , and it doesn't sink to the bottom and stay floating, I was very surprised! Lol if I was a fish I will run after this lure , if you didn't catch any with this lure then either the lake you fish at has no fishes, or you are black cloud ! Haha. Highly recommend this lure.

I don’t normally write reviews, but I thought this one was necessary. First of all, this will flat out catch fish (specifically, smallmouth out of creeks). All my best bronzebacks have come on this. So why the 2 stars? Because it’s fragile as hell. I’ve bought and broken probably a dozen of these lures over the years. They all break the same way too - the bill falls off after bumping into rocks. Which is a problem for me, as my main river system is very rocky. $15 for a jerkbait that breaks so easily is no bueno. Went fishing for 4 hours yesterday and broke 2. And at $15 a pop, you really feel it when you lose them.

Leider nicht den wobbler bekommen den ich bestellt hatte . Weil er aus dem Regel geklaut wurde . Ich habe einen anderen bekommen der sehr gut läuft und mit dem ich auch zufrieden bin.
