Great did the job

Used to replace original switch. Worked a treat. I mounted it on a piece of melamite to prevent it being in contact with the brick garage wall to prevent dampness causing corrosion which had destroyed the old one.

Simple plastic button door switch control. It was purchased as a replacement, and was exactly the same as the switch I replaced. It does the job, is easy to install, yes it came with hardware, but would have been better had it also been supplied with fixing wall plugs! I’ve not had any damp issues with these switches, in fact when the old switch was removed from garage wall, it was fine with no corrosion whatsoever! I feel that £5 would have been a more realistic price as it’s very basic!

This was a direct replacement for an old switch, but that was more rubberised material. This new one is really light and brittle and expensive for a plastic switch. I had tried an architrave flick switch for my garage door but it stopped the remote control box from also working so I got this. It does the job ok.

Looks exactly like the old one and works just PERFECT!! Well packed too, tysm!
