Lids break off easily
The lids break off really fast. So disappointing

Arrived Broken
Pill organizer arrived broken, and cannot be fixed. Pill cutter is fairly easy to use, but gets stuck sometimes after cutting a pill and opening it with force causes the pills to go flying out of the device.
