It's an OK ruler. Pretty much what you'd expect from a ruler. Plastic is pretty sturdy and decent quality overall. The magnifying strip is pretty useful. It does have some sharp edges so be wary of them.

Good when you are trying to keep your place on a pattern or some other printed material you are trying to follow. Magnifying area is not quite large enough and measurements on the ruler interfere with what you were trying to see. Concept is excellent, execution four stars.

Solid ruler. This one with its magnifying line and another with the yellow highlight are my two favs for seeing lines of data quickly, highlighting mahjongg cards and not having your eyes go bonkers. It’s superb and doesn’t nick. I replaced mine after it was swiped but the initial one is over 21yrs old. Has metric; (mm, cm, dm) imperial; [ inches (12” down to 1”, 1/2”, 1/4”, 1/8”, 1/16”, down to the 1/32”) —Best ruler 📏 ever !

I have to look at budget books for codes this helps me find the numbers easily. I only use it for a magnifying lens and its easy to follow line to line budgets!

I've had this a bit over a year now. It's fairly sturdy, and the magnifier is nice. I used to love it. However, the numbers are printed on the bottom, and they are rubbing off. In places they are completely gone. Frustrating.

I haven't had to this long enough to comment on durability, but so far it seems to be a well built ruler with a number of features. I particularly like having clear rulers as you can place them over whatever you're measuring. The magnification is a nice bonus, though for my needs I may not use it much.

I guess I didn’t know what I was missing cheaping out and using those crappy elementary school rulers. NEVER AGAIN! This is better than a perfect ruler. I’m ordering one more in case I misplace this one!

Does its job but probably not the best value for money.

It is a simple ruler that comes in handy when following a text. it will not magnify like others but I find that it makes the text clearer. It makes the work easier and helps.
