Annular Cutter Arbor JESTUOUS with Morse Taper MT2 for 3/4 Inch Weldon Shank Annular Cutters Extension on Drill Press

I used this Shank to adapt a Wen Drill Press to use annular cutter bits. I cut 16 holes through one inch thick plate steel and various other items. The shank is milled precisely and worked great. It is not self cooled but I cooled my bits with a spray penetrating oil and did fine. I'll be able to pop this out when I'm done and use the Jacobs chuck any time. One suggestion, these stay in place by friction and need to be kept clean. Suggest storing in a baggie or plastic box when not in use to protect against dust or corrosion.

Worked much better than a 1" drill bit. Used it to cut axle holes in 1/4" flat steel for DIY 12" stabilizer caster wheels on a rock rake for skidsteer.

Used with a 2" cutter in the tailstock of my lathe to "bore" a 2" hole in an aluminum bar. I actually needed a 3MT and had to use a 2MT to 3MT sleeve. Worked great for my needs.
