Since I am an athlete, and this product was purchased for sole purpose of meeting my daily required vitamins and other nutritions, and since I have been using this for quite a long time. My body showed not side-effects to this product. The product was received in a well packaged box. The expiration date was also safe, that is what I was concerned about the most. But I finished consuming long before the expiration date. Would definitely recommend this product to others.
