It was inexpensive for a name-brand ball bearing fan and it does the trick. I put on a couple of: feet to keep it standing upright, finger grills to protect fingers and then I hooked it to 5 volts instead of 12 volts (to keep noise down and I still get more than enough cooling). Its doing the job and I'm happy.
