Great for insulating wire connections that would be open to the weather. Used some on my truck for wires connecting LED lights where shrink tubing would have been next to impossible to use. Also great for insulating tools where the original handle plastic has broken off.

I coated the handles on a pair of channel locks that had lost the original coating. The dipping and drying was so simple and looked phenomenal. Clean and brand new bright red handles. But when I used them (I'm a plumber), I thought I was bleeding all over this water heater I was installing. There were bright red streaks everwhere. I ended up spray painting over the rubberized coating to stop them from leaving red all over everything. Just glad I hadn't set them on the carpet or anything before I realized it.

The coating applies well but not very rubbery when cured. After a year or so all applications became brittle and flaked off. Minimal satisfaction after application not suitable as a long term coating.

This stuff is junk does not stick well takes for ever to dry and is slick when it's all said and done. you put it on stuff to get a grip ! its every thing but grip covering. I tried it on drum sticks had to throw them away! don't buy this product!

After dipping my screwdriver into the red color, I waited three days for the material to completely dry. The first time I used it, my hands where sweating, and the red came off making my hands red.
