Rose Velvet? Nope. Brown Velvet…
Classic creamy, rich Revlon lipstick although it’s not the same colour as in web advert. It’s more brown than pinkish. Even the name leads me to believe it was more pink-based: Rose Velvet. Oh well, tried it on, so I can’t return. Does not go with my fair/porcelain skin. Now I am the proud owner of a too-dark, too-brown lipstick. Would look great on tan girls or olive-skinned girls. Not for me. High quality, easy to apply, super coverage and not sticky in the least. Sturdy classic Revlon lipstick 💄🙂✌🏻🎶

I’m an olive neutral-cool tone and this is for sure on the cooler tone side. This is kind of mauveish on me if anything because of my skin but it’s still absolutely gorgeous I would recommend. Definitely can dress this color up or down. Great quality and the color most definitely lasts!
