The previous lumbar support had torn and not connected to one side of the chair. This replacement took seconds to put on. Look like an exact replica of the original part.

This was a perfect replacement for my HM Aeron Chair.

Efficient and quick delivery. So far so good.

Fit and worked for 6 months and then the plastic tabs that connect it to the chair both broke.

Edit 2: The new product has arrived and is so far effective. It no longer pops off. Seems slightly less firm than the other one I ordered from OfficeLogix, but that could be a pro or con depending on what you prefer. Edit 1: The seller has offered to send me a newer version of the product. Apparently the newer mold has thicker tines on the clips making the issue I experienced less likely. I will update this review after I have received and tested the newer product. For now, I have improved the rating for the quick and helpful support that I received. The plastic clips that hold the pad in place are just barely too flexible. If you lean back too hard (even if just while shifting position or as you're sitting down), the whole thing pops off. If it happened once in a blue moon, I wouldn't mind so much, but it happens just often enough that I am going to have to return the item and search for an alternative. Also, considering I'm only 140 lbs, I imagine that anyone heavier than me would have this issue even more often.

I unpacked it and slid it on to the chair. It was simple to adjust.

It works, but occasionally falls off as it appears ever so slightly too small. Over time it hasn't fallen off as much.

The product works exactly as expected. Earlier I had ordered the wrong size (check the triangle of dots - google it) which was not good, but the proper one works perfectly.

My Aeron is over 15 years old. The old lumbar pad had torn and become useless. This slipped right on and is like new. I can't comment on the longevity of this but it doesn't seem cheaply made. It is supportive and the material has some flex, not the hard plastic that falls apart in a week. Edit: Both edges that attach to the chair broke completely off in 2 months. It may be how I sit, but the original lasted 15 years.
