Update 7/31/25 the solar panel is getting bubbles underneath the clear layer. I have several solar lights but this is the first time I’ve seen this. 4/12/25Update; I ordered 8 sets, one set was delayed a few days from the other 7 rec’d, the 7 are in perfect condition and working great. Don’t know if this is new or old item but quality isn’t as good and no flashing mode, only on off switch and one came with broken switch. Solar panel scratch cover that overhangs 1/4” is the one with less quality vs 7 is hard to tell it’s there. Disappointed in the 8th late delivered set. 4/9/25 Don’t know about longevity because I just received 7 of 8 sets, other to be delivered soon. ICYMI it’s not mentioned in the directions but you need to remove the thin plastic scratch piece covering the solar panels. Otherwise they won’t fully charge. When looking at the solar panels there’s usually bubbles that’s how you know to remove it. Those complaining about having to shape it themselves is disappointing. I got several red white and blue lights from last year for 4th of July were really nice and worked flawlessly. Those had a 6ft wired panel vs these being attached but the lights are exactly the same. I got wire spoked wire wheels from Dollar Tree and attached to them and they looked great. These only have on/off/flash modes but they have beautiful pink colored ones and a very bright white that I was looking for. I put the sharp stake in the ground first then attach the top stake with the lights. Make sure the wire is pulled out of the way before placing the top stake in or you’ll sever it. I placed in the sun all day then switched them off at night then turned them back on at sunrise so they are fully charged before putting them in the yard. Love these lights and will try to add pictures when I set them up. You can shape them in any design you want thru out the year to change it up too. They have a picture above to give you inspiration.

I used these as Holiday lights and they are lovely. Pretty easy to stick in the ground and the solar solar Bank is well positioned to gather light. Now I'm still using them cuz they're so pretty. I moved them to border bed and can see them right at my front window.

Of the 7 different similar light ive bought. These were the best ones Good quality and impressive how bright and last all night. Update. 1 failed and the other broke at the base in a mild wind and it snapped by the solar part. Had to throw both out in 2 weeks time. VERY flimsy. Suggest shopping elsewhere. Did get a refund though.

Hello, I first purchased the multi-color version of this product and was extremely happy with it. Worked right out of the box without issue. The lights were able to charge themselves each day and are very bright and in my view pretty at night. Any solar charging during the day was able to keep the product very bright for a long time. It gets dusk around 8 PM where I live now and these lights were still on at full brightness when I went to bed at 1 AM even on cloudy days. Very nice. One thing to know is that there are two "On" positions when turning on these lights. One position will cause the lights to blink, the other position will cause the lights to stay on steady. I prefer the steady setting personally and there was no problem setting it as such once I realized what to do. So at this point, I would have gladly given this product a 5-star review. However, my wife thought she would like the white light version of this product better, so I ordered another pack of 2 lights but this time, "the warm white" version. Set them out in full sunshine for the day. At night one of the lights was very, very bright while the other one was quite dim. On the second day, one of the lights was again very bright but the other completely dead. Fiddling with the on/off switch had no effect. Even though I was within my Amazon return window, the little bit of documentation with the light said if there were any problems to contact their customer support via email. So I sent their customer support an email explaining my problem and asking if they could think of anything to help my situation short of returning it back to Amazon. I never received a response back. So, I think buyer beware. The documentation mentions a warranty but based on getting no feedback from my email to the seller customer support address, I have doubts this company would honor any warranty. After receiving no response from their customer support, I went to the Amazon site to return the product and request a replacement. I liked the working light enough to request replacement as opposed to asking for a refund. One additional thing I should mention is the warm white version of this is very bright. I bought several types of solar charging lights to actually put in my garden for fun and found the working white light so bright that it over-powered and out-shown my other lights to such an extent that I moved them out of the garden and by itself to the front of the house. Just be aware of that. So, I'll await my replacement and update this review as appropriate. BTW, the return to Amazon was different than I was used to in the past as this time Amazon did not generate a return UPS sticker but rather had me follow a new process where I just brought the product back in its original package and have the UPS Store scan a QR code I was mailed. In theory, the UPS store is to box it up with other returns and ship it to Amazon. When in the past I returned items (and I don't do that often), I'd get immediate acknowledgement on the Amazon system that my package was returned once the UPS scanned the label. As I look on the Amazon system today, I see no acknowledgement that the UPS Store has the package for return even though they scanned the QR code and I have a receipt. We'll see if Amazon eventually recognizes the return or will try to charge me for the replacement because of a glitch with this new process. I will update this post as appropriate concerning this. 8/31/22 Update: I did receive the replacement warm white lights and they are working beautifully. They are very bright for solar lights and they stay on for a long, long time at night after being charged in sunlight during the day. So I am very happy with both the colored and white versions of these garden lights I currently have in my possession. I am changing my rating from 3 stars to 4 stars accordingly. I'd give 5 stars for the working products themselves and for Amazon's return policy which allowed me to replace the defective set of lights which I had previously received. However, I have to take off 1 star from that given I did originally receive a defective product that had to be replaced and most importantly that an email sent to the sellers customer support line concerning this was never responded to. Also, I mentioned in my original note Amazon's new to me return policy where I simply brought the product to the UPS store without any shipping label and then they would take it from there. Two weeks after doing that, I finally got confirmation from Amazon they got the return and thus all is well billing wise.

Beautiful lights

I can’t fathom why this item gets, at the time of this writing, a 4.2 star rating. I purchased these early in 2024 and had to replace one before I even used it. I mean, it’s not difficult to figure out they may not be good quality, you get what you pay for. I thought I would be very careful with them and hoped they would last a summer or two. They didn’t. Right from the start there were issues. Some had shorts in the wiring somewhere and would only work occasionally. I did everything I could to keep them going but after a month, only two were working. Disappointed to say the least, l placed them all in a safe spot to work on when I had more time. This week I took a look at them again. I replaced all the batteries with fresh batteries which was not as difficult as it seemed it would be. At this point I had four working and decided to fix the 5th one later since that one would need a bit more “creative, outside the box” thinking. I put them all outside and waited for night fall. At first, I was excited they were all working. I thought I had fixed them. When I looked outside a couple hours later, I saw only three working. I brought them inside to recheck them and looked outside again, and only two were still lit. I currently have two out of six of these still working after about one month of use. They have been prone to shorts in the wiring. Some of them work, seemingly, when all the planets align just so. I have to truly and honestly recommend NOT to purchase them. The amount of effort and expense and short life span wouldn’t, for me, be worth it if they had been free. Pluses of purchasing this item: They do look nice all lit up. They are a very simple design, and once a person looks them over it’s easy to see how they work and the simplicity of the item. Negatives of purchasing this item: They are unreliable. You may want to purchase two extras for every one you buy, and even then, how long they will last is anyone’s guess. Because of the low quality wire used to and from the solar unit, they tend to short out. The place that holds the battery in is cheap and flimsy. Though it can and does work, it does not secure the battery well. The plastic holding the solar panel breaks easily. Be sure to to push the stake into the ground from underneath the solar panel. Best solution: Buy a different brand and check out ALL of the reviews.

Very nice lights. Bright and last all night. One light wasn't working and seller immediately sent a replacement. Great support and very happy with my purchase.

I love the lights, they're pretty when they are on at night. However, one of the two I bought doesn't light up anymore. I moved it around to get more sunlight during the day, put it next to the one that works, turned the switch off and on, but nothing worked. I purchased the set less than a year ago. I would like to get more if I know they keep working.
