Great, easy to use product.
I used these as chair railing borders in two of my bathrooms. They are lightweight foam but so easy to use. I left them white but they could easily be painted.

This chair rail cuts like a dream. All primed and ready to paint. I buy it again without hesitation. P.S. I am a woodworker so I've used many similar products.

totally flimsy, looks good but probably won't last
totally flimsy, looks good but doesn't last well, and arrived broken in two! (poor amazon packing) Probably an ok product for somewhere that doesn't get any use or abuse, but certainly NOT a chair rail, installed in an AirBnB to prevent wall damage from movement of sleeper sofa. Installed (the broken piece was almost the right length) but I expect to find a different solution within a few months or sooner,

Arrived broken, two sided adhesive mounting solutions will not adhere to the product.
The box arrived bent, and the item was damaged. There was a long enough piece to try but it would not mount with self-adhesive solutions. We attempted to use Gorilla brand mounting tape rated to 30 lbs and it would not adhere tp the product at all. I don't want to be too hard on the product because I cannot find in the description that it works with adhesive, but I think it would make sense for the seller to add that to the description.
