Perfect for those on the AIP diet

This is a good breading. But it’s way to expensive for the amount that you receive.

For being a Paleo substitute it's actually pretty good. Have used it in stuffed zucchini and for coating and pan frying chicken. The herbs are tasty. It's a little finer than a standard bread crumbs, but I'd never expect a perfect gluten free substitute.

Following the AIP diet, I feel very limited in what I can eat. I have an incredible meatloaf recipe I used to always make that I didn't think would be too hard to make AIP compliant. Bread crumbs have been one of the harder things to find a replacement for, so when I read about these, I ordered immediately (especially with all the great reviews!). The texture of the meatloaf came out pretty darn close to good, good enough that if that were the only downside, I wouldn't even mention it. My issue is the seasoning - it's SO strong! It's not a bad flavor at all, but it didn't mesh well with the flavors of my meatloaf and kind of ruined the meal. I like to season my dishes myself, so I really wish this was just plain. Since it's pretty much the only bread crumb replacement I've found, I will continuing using it, but I will be a lot more careful about wish dishes I will make with it, which is kind of a bummer.

Even my gluten family prefers this non gluten/grain breadcrumbs over their own! We love the flavor and I use it like any other breadcrumbs, it's flavor and versatility is definitely one of the best paleo convenience packets we've used.

This worked beautifully as a breading for chicken Parmesan! I paired it with KC Naturals tomatoless marinara. The flavors really compliment each other! I didn’t add anything to the product because I wanted to taste exactly what it is like on its own. It doesn’t need anything! It’s really well seasoned on its own. I can’t wait to try it in more recipes. This should be a pantry staple if you’re doing AIP. It will help you add so much more variety in your meals, and help you to not feel deprived of some “regular” foods that we once enjoyed!
