Q: Are there two types of blue?

Yes there is a dark blue and a kinda aqua blue.

Q: Will it be possible to make a tattoo on the hair, defined lines, drawings?

Some of the colors work better than others. Not sure if they would work as tattoos.

Q: Is this good on Darkskin Black women?

It depends on the color you are using. I am fair skinned and some of the lighter colors don't show up well on my skin.
