Consistent taste and quality
Been using Goya brand sour orange to make Chochinita Pibil for the past 8 years. It works, no reason to change.

Good Substitute.
This is a great product if you cannot get Sour Oranges. I think that it is better than trying to make a citrus mixture. I do recommend that you look around at your local grocery store as I recently found this product substantially cheaper plus no shipping charges. But I do recommend this for Mayan or Cuban pork slow cooking.

Maximum taste and orange pizzazz!
Delicious flavor to add to smoothies, sauces, salad dressing. Bitter orange is fragrant and really tastes like orange without the sugar sweet taste of oranges. Mega flavor and you can use a very small amount for maximum taste.

Kick up your salsa and marinades
This stuff is gold. Seville oranges are impossible to find here so this is my best bet. Perfect for salsas and for Conchinta Pibil and Cuban pork shoulder. My habanero and garlic salsa was orders of magnitude better with this vs. a orange and lime juice replacement.
