The coating on these pans are coming off within just a few months. When I contacted Starfrit the mfr has just been giving me a run around even thought they are still under the warranty, I still have not been able to get a replacement or return, they say Amazon has to do it.

I would hands down but this set every time. I am over the moon with the set. I thoroughly enjoy cooking with them, so far no matter what it is. Whether it's steaks, roasts or salmon. I'm very confident this set will be long lasting! I think my only complaint would be it didn't have a few more pieces, a bit quart pot for example.

So one issue I have is that handles get extremely hot so becareful after cooking. Also,One of my top lids for one of my pan is not the right size for my pan and its been bugging me because that is the reason I needed pans to match with the set .I hate this and need to purchase another one due to this mistake .

Love the cookware set but hate the handles. They get extremely hot when cooking and I have burnt my hand while trying to hold the handle. My previous set that I had for several years had a different style handle that never got hot. Wish I would have gotten the same set.

These work great, new design on the bottom heats quickly and evenly. They last years with a bit of care, no metal utensils. The different size fry pans with higher sides work wonderful for all kinds of recipes.

Great non-stick surface. Super easy to clean. Only complaint is we used a knife in our frying pan and scratched through the coating. We only did this after watching a video on Starfrit’s website showing a metal knife being used in pan. Had to go back and forth a bit with their customer service department, but they ultimately ended up sending us a new frying pan. We now only use silicone utensils in the pans.

What I dislike are the handles. They are not solid near the pans. Seems it can cut.

I absolutely love these pots and pans!!! Even heat and durable. So easy to clean!!
