Tall spiky !

Planted them over a month ago and finally some of the seeds have sprouted. All I can do it hope!Well it is now at least two months. The seeds took forever to germinate and one pot out of five have something growing in them. They look nothing like flowers...they are a tall spiky plant with brown something on them. I think I got the wrong seeds! Very upset. I really wanted pretty yellow flowers!

Lots of seeds, not all will sprout.

I planted these in a seed starter. 45 pods with about 5 seeds each. They were extremely variable about how long it took to sprout (a few days to over a month) and whether they survived after sprouting. I wound up with about 25 healthy plants, which are now doing well outside in Phoenix.
