Black Cat Metal and Plastic Rodent Rat Trap (Grey, Medium)

Really amazing product. I had spent 4 k on all types of traps out there none were worth it and never triggers for rodents. They eat and run away yet trap still remains as is. This one works wonders only setting up took some challenges. Try to mate half slice enough. Very good and effective. Killed nearly 4 rodents in 1 hr span in my parking lot. Love this trap absolutely. The metal hook locking is very important. I used the others they broke in two setups due to plastic locking mechanism. This is a must buy and fix to all your problems. Amazing product. Wish I had bought the first time would have saved a lot of money. Also add a qr video guide in product helps the customers.

I have purchased this product after reading the review. It is the best value for money I ever bought. The day I received it, It help me caught 3 mices, full Paisa vasool. Catching mouse is quite easy. Only one point to remember for user that it's spring is very strong, so while placing trap handle it with very care otherwise finger can get stuck and it will be very painful, telling from experience. For big to small , it worked on all mice.

it does the job very nicely but at the same time very very dangerous. it can break your finger,hand and anything nearby if not used carefully.

Pros: Caught a rat and a mouse in last 4 outings. (Corn cob & coconut piece as bait) Cons: 1. Not bird safe! Trapped a crow by the beak, died within 5 seconds of struggle. 2. It is unpleasant business releasing the corpse from the claptrap hammer. There is a little notch welded for lifting, but still unpleasant as your hand is pretty close to said (dead) animal. 3. The plastic base though seemingly sturdy, is not heavy -- so a fat rat can upend the trap. (Makers: maybe use heavier metal for base to prevent that?). Tips: 1. Place in corners not frequented by birds or other animals. Closer to home wall or recessed cavities are better. 2. Set it for the night (daytime can lead to bird accidents). 3. Load the bait BEFORE setting the trap (the claptrap hammer is sensitive -- you don't want your fingers to go the way of the rat) 4. Additional things to have handy: a pair of latex gloves (the neon, rubbery variety), some talcum powder for facilitating glove use, a jute string (comes for free with palak/methi bundles) for hooking through the hammer release notch. -- combined these provide some comfort in releasing the kill. And a shovel or soopnee (jhadoo wala) for carrying it to it's final destination.
